This amazing two ingedient cake is so good that one piece isn't enough!
1 Box Angel Food Cake mix
1 20 oz. can of Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
Preheat oven to 350
In mixing bowl blend together cake mix and pineapple on low speed for 30
seconds scraping down sides of bowl with spatula, and then beat on medium speed
for one minute.
Pour into an ungreased 9x13 baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes until lightly
brown on top. Cool completely, cut into squares, and serve with Cool Whip or
vanilla ice cream topping.
This is a fat free and lower calorie cake by itself or when served with
frozen yogurt instead of ice cream or Lite Cool Whip.
